OUR MISSION

The Pietro Maugeri Foundation is a Bergen County, New Jersey based not-for-profit
charitable organization.  Our mission is to provide direct monetary assistance to
individuals or families burdened with large financial expenses resulting from their
ongoing battle against cancer.  We provide an opportunity for donors and sponsors to
contribute to an organization with the knowledge that funds will go directly to those in need.  
Our focus is to aid families in our community.

CHARLIE BLATT was an outstanding human being who motivated everyone around
him to do good and to be good. He had an infectious optimism, a hearty laugh, a
wonderful sense of humor and a good-natured spirit.  Our community has lost one of
its best to stomach cancer on April 8, 2009.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Blatt Family.
